One of the more difficult parts of fasting is drinking the right water. Regular tap or bottled water has many contaminants, and we find the effects difficult to handle during a fast. Because of these negative effects, we drink only distilled water and avoid the consequences. As I lay in bed this morning, the Father used my understanding of this process to teach me about how He is distilling the body of Christ and the church. From this process, God will bring forth a Bride for His Son that will be without spot, stain or wrinkle. (Ephesians 5:27)

The distilling process

Uncompromising Faith - Distilling the Body of Christ - Clouds over the Golan HeightsWater is critical for the survival of all life on earth. We can live many days without food but without water we will quickly succumb. On our wilderness journey there were some days when just getting water was our sole focus.

More than once we cried out to God in our thirst and He provided what we all needed. (John 7:37)

Not all water is equal. Mankind has polluted much of the water available and those pollutants poisons our bodies. There is a simple solution to solve this dilemma. The distilling process removes contaminants leaving pure water. We place impure water in a container and heat it to just above the boiling point. As the water turns to steam, the light vapor drifts upward and the heavier contaminants remain. The steam is cooled and condensed into water again. This distilled water then drains into a new container leaving behind the poisons.

Mankind did not invent distilling but borrowed the idea from God’s creation.  Distillation occurs naturally as water from lakes, rivers, pools and the oceans heats, rises as clouds then falls as rain. Apart from the obvious lesson about distilling water, the Father has given us a living example about how He will be distilling the Body of Christ.

The polluted Body of Christ

Since Jesus came to earth and brought forth His Body and the church there has been an effective campaign by satan to contaminate both. The enemy has been wildly successful in this venture as the church today looks nothing like Jesus. Remarkably, the church today looks more like the world than the world does and little like her founder.

The impurities in the Body of Christ have not escaped the watchful eye of the Father.

The Father is looking for a faithful Bride for His Son; a bride without spot, stain or wrinkle, that reflects His character in every way. Which one of us can say we can even come close to such an ideal? Yet this is God’s desire, and He is about to bring forth the process to distill a Bride from the church. Since the Body of Christ is like a collected pool of contaminated water He begins by bringing forth heat.

Distilling the Body of Christ

The heat God uses with us are circumstances and situations in which we lose. As the heat intensifies we will lose friends, family, belongings, attitudes, thought patterns, addictions and many impurities that keep us from Jesus. Basically what ‘self’ feeds on is removed so our spirit can rise. This can be a very long process or short but that which ties us to earth will fall away, IF we want more of Jesus than we do of ‘self’.

Very few of those that are a part of His Body and His church will survive this process of pressure and affliction.

Many will abandon Him for the cares and lusts of this world like Demas did, the friend of the Apostle Paul (2 Timothy 4:10); and the desires of their ‘self’ nature will shipwreck their faith. Precious few will choose the path of loss and purification God uses to distill the church. Those few that persevere will rise in spirit without the heaviness and poison of ‘self’ so they are without spot, stain or wrinkle. These are the ones the Father will call forth as the Bride for His Son Jesus.

The time of separation has started

For those that read this message let it be clear that the time of heat, pressure and affliction has now started across the globe. Not one person who calls themselves by His name will be exempt. In the coming time, God will bring us all into the fire to separate us from ‘self’. Each one will have to choose whether they want ‘self’ or spirit. As God separates the Bride, the poison will concentrate in the remains; and evil will abound. Those that choose spirit will lose what is of no value to gain Him who is of eternal value. The Father will distill them from the impure and bring them into intimacy with their Beloved to become His Bride.

God has transitioned from the church age to the Kingdom age of the Bride.

This year, 2020, is important for clear vision. Make no mistake, the Father is intensely serious about bringing forth the character of Jesus in His people. The world is descending into greater chaos as ‘self’ concentrates in more and more people. We can already see and can testify to the separation of the Bride that is happening.

The choice is ours

The Father is giving us a clear message that the decision to be distilled and purified into His Bride is upon us. Whether we reject or accept the coming waves of pressure, affliction and heat, will determine if God can form the character of Jesus in us or not. If we accept His way, we also accept that the process will be hard; but all that remains will be His purity in His Bride. If we reject His distilling of the Body of Christ, ‘self’ will continue to grow and have its way. This year is your time to choose. We pray you choose wisely.

Blessings,

Homer and Wanda

The church has been compromised on so many levels, and even the high places have been rebuilt. God is truly calling a remnant from those places…

There is definitely a separation happening. A fake bride playing in the mud doesn’t work for God. I think your distilling process is right on. Homer.
